Airport Procedures

Dear Valued New and Existing Customers,

Beginning July 15th, 2019 if you wish to be met inside the terminal, an additional fee of $15 will apply for all Domestic and $35 for all International Arrivals.

Why the changes?

Starting June 1st, 2019 LAX Airport has started major construction to build The People Mover Train which should be completed by 2023, just before The Summer Olympic Games in Los Angeles. This construction is causing extremely heavy traffic delays inside and outside the airport as well as intermittent closures of the parking structures due to a lack of parking spaces. Because of all this, our drivers are forced to leave our designated waiting parking lot, which is located outside the airport, more than 45 minutes before your flight lands, to drive to the parking structure and be able to find a parking spot. Parking spaces have been reduced by 25% to accommodate the new traffic pattern. All this combined together, adds an extra hour to the trip which we have to pay to the driver performing the job. Instead of increasing fare on all the trips, we have decided to add a $15 meet-and-greet arrival fee to compensate drivers for the additional time, it takes to complete the trip.

All International Arriving flights are subject to an additional fee of $20 regardless whether it’s a Curbside pickup or In-Terminal pickup to pay the driver for waiting time while you collect your luggage, go through customs and immigration.

What are the options?

Domestic Arrival Curbside Pickup.

  • Curbside pickup will save you $5 min parking fee and $15 in-terminal meeting fee.
  • Call us at (855)478-5466 when you land.
  • Notify customer service representative whether you have checked luggage or not.
  • If you don’t, the driver will be dispatched right-of-way to your terminal.
  • If you do, proceed to the baggage claim to collect your luggage.
  • Call again as soon as the bags from your flight will be dropping down on carousel.
  • Allow between 15 min to 30 min for your driver to reach your terminal.
  • The driver will contact you directly to find out exactly where you are standing outside.
  • The placard, reading your last name will be placed on the windshield so you can recognize your vehicle.

International Arrival Curbside Pickup.

  • Curbside pickup will save you $5 min parking fee, $15 in-terminal meeting fee.
  • $20 International arrival fee will still apply to compensate the driver for waiting time.
  • Call us at (855)478-5466 when you land.
  • Notify customer service representative whether you have checked luggage or not.
  • If you don’t, the driver will be dispatched right-of-way to your terminal.
  • If you do, proceed to the baggage claim to collect your luggage, pass customs, and walk outside.
  • When outside, call our customer service representative again so they can connect you directly to your driver to establish your exact location.
  • Allow between 15 min to 30 min for your driver to reach your terminal.
  • The placard, reading your last name will be placed on the windshield so you can recognize your vehicle.

In Terminal Pickup.

  • Extra $15 will apply, plus $5 min parking fee.
  • The driver will meet you inside the terminal with a sign reading your Last Name, assist you with luggage, escort you to the vehicle, and take you to your final destination.
