Cancellation/Change Policy

1. To avoid incurring a late cancellation fee a) all Transfers and Point-to-Point trip Cancellations/Changes trips must be made 4 (four) hours prior toa  scheduled pick up time b) all Hourly trip Cancellations/Changes must be made 24 (twenty four) hours prior to a scheduled pick up time.

2. Late cancellations/changes and no-shows will be billed in full for all transfers and point-to-point jobs and/or total requested hours for all hourly trips.

3. Round trip jobs must be cancelled as two separate orders.

4. If you can not located your chauffeur, call us immediately at 1(855)478-5466. Leaving location without contacting us first, will be considered as no-show and billed in full.

5. We are not responsible for canceled or delayed flights due to weather conditions or aircraft's technical issues, or if you miss your flight due to heavy traffic on the roadways.
